Please be advised that Vital Signs Direct reserves the right to amend or make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notification. Vital Signs Direct makes every effort to ensure that all images and product descriptions shown on our Website are up to date and give the Customer an accurate representation of the products that we sell. Therefore, it is recommended that any queries surrounding any of our products should be raised prior to placing an order.

By placing an order with Vital Signs Direct, you are entering into a contract with the Company. Therefore, agreeing that you have acknowledged the specifications of our products, the terms of our services and are happy to proceed with your order on this basis.

When purchasing custom signs, please supply in the boxes your required personalisation. Please specify on each product the specific details.
You are responsible for spellings, punctuation etc, we will supply exactly as requested, so please check carefully.

Your order will be held until we receive details.
We do not provide proofs as standard but please keep an eye on your inbox regularly in case we need to contact you about any adjustments or alterations to your order

Please order with plenty of time to spare if for a specific event to avoid any disappointment

Any multiple quantities will be produced for the SAME personalisation if you require various personalisations please purchase via separate items

Display pictures may differ slightly in colour, brightness or contrast to the actual finished printed Product due to the many variations in Material / Ink and Laptop / PC / Phone screen settings.

All artwork produced by Vital Signs Direct remains the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing.

By placing an order for personalised gifts, you are agreeing to the Company using images of your product(s) to showcase their service. These materials may be used by the Company at any time for promotional purposes without additional consent from the Customer unless otherwise formally agreed prior to production.


Vital Signs Direct regularly monitors the prices displayed on our website to ensure that all products within our catalogue are listed at the correct price. However, should an item be priced incorrectly, the Company will not be liable to supply the requested products at the displayed price.
All prices stated on the Website are exclusive of VAT which will be added at the Checkout at today’s applicable rate.

Vital Signs Direct reserves the right to adjust the prices of any of their products from time to time. These changes will not apply to any orders which have been confirmed by the Company prior to the adjustments taking place. Future orders or re-orders however, may be affected.

All prices shown on the Website are exclusive of Delivery charges which will be added at the Checkout dependent upon your chosen delivery option.

We aim for next day dispatch on all orders with ‘Standard Delivery’ providing that payment has been made before 10:00am. Similarly, our ‘Express Delivery’ service aims to deliver items within 24 hours when payment is received prior to 10:00am. However, please note that these timeframes are only an aim and not a guarantee. Orders where payment is received after 10:00am may be delayed by up to 24 hours.

In compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly covered by the Distance Selling Regulations), Vital Signs Direct operates a 14 day cancellation policy.
If you have changed your mind or wish to cancel your order, it is the responsibility of the Customer to inform us of this decision and return the goods (at your cost) to Vital Signs Direct within 14 days in order to qualify for a refund.

In line with new regulations, Vital Signs Direct will issue a refund for cancelled orders within 14 days of receiving your returned items.
Vital Signs Direct reserves the right to only issue a partial refund or withhold the refund if it is believed that the Customer has damaged the items. Similarly, where possible, all items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging to be eligible for a refund.

If an order is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact our customer services team who will be able to assist with the replacement or refund of your delivery.
